Before the pandemic resulted in layoffs across the hospitality industry, I served as Web Content Manager for Graduate Hotels — a boutique hotel brand with design-driven properties in university towns throughout the U.S. My role was both technical and creative, charging me with maintaining all the aspects of a large, complicated website while also serving as a key creative member of the brand team’s in-house marketing team.
